Don't Annoy The Crazy Person

Things have been busy since my last post. I am trying to harvest my garden little by little and some days I have been bringing in a little more than we can eat. Work is picking up and my muscles are really feeling it. I have also been fighting with a crazy neighbor. Someone I have done a great deal for in the past. At the same time I was snowblowing her driveway (all winter) or sitting with her mother back when she was very ill or being the dd, she was doing some pretty nasty things behind my back. So now because we both know I know what's up, she is doing other passive aggresive things. For example throwing her lawn clippings into my driveway. Of course I had to tell her to knock it off, cuz I really don't want to carry that into my house on my feet or have it in my yard, she completely goes hysterical and when I wouldn't play into it she has her 80 year old mother call me and rag me out. lol She is in the background yelling "i'm sick" and "come over here and say that", like she is gonna kick my ass. Talk about being greatful for good neighbors ha? Well I should have stopped helping when she started living off her mothers SSI and life insurance instead of working like any healthy responsible 40 year old. Her mother has not been sick in over 2 years and she had a really good job that she left cuz she says she is sick. Truth be told she is as healthy as me. But she doesn't want to work. I was over there every day (well almost) and she does all the things she claims she cannot do. O well, karma is a bitch.
Even with this going on, I managed to read a great book entitled "Creepers" by David Morrell. It is about urban exploring. It was a great read. Along with that my son returned home after working away for 2 1/2 weeks. We hung out and went school shopping. He spent most of his summer working construction so he was away alot.

This line suits my story well....
You can tell the quality of a person by how they treat people they don't need.

Honest this is my first time.......Ü

Today I am starting this blog and I'm really new at this. I got out of work and have been trying to get this blog up and going, so I pretty much blew off my responsibilities. This is how I fell into this craziness.....I love to search the net for interesting places. I love the odd stuff, and I found a site about an abandoned asylum in New Jersey. I am fasinated by abandoned houses, the paranormal (I used to watch John Edwards just to figure out his tricks--I gave up and now I just watch) ghost stories, murder mysteries. Then, I found a site that really caught my imagination, lost destinations. WOW!!! The pics!!! I wish I could take the time to go into all those places but I was so glad someone did and shared it all. I tooled around for hours checking out every picture and ate up any and all information on the houses. I am very good at research and wished there were more about who lived there and why they left. Anyways, I clicked on everything in there until there was nothing left to look at or read. I became a bit worried after checking the blog there about the "mistress" of the site because it also seemed abandoned but as I read on I saw she had other sites and I checked those out and found the blog. That is how I was inspired to start one of my own.
So, this is me. I live in Maine, on an animal preservation. The town itself is made up of 3 little islands. When you cross over the bridge just down the road from my house, all bets are off and hunting is allowed. Since most of the deer stay on this side of the bridge, you would think they could read the signs prohibiting hunting. lmao
I am a single mom of 1 teenage son. I love to go out and dance and party but have never dated around too much because I wanted stability for my son. I want him to respect me, and as he moves into adulthood respect the women in his life. So far that plan has worked. He is a great kid.
I have an awsome job that allows me to be very physical for over half the day and then sit and do paperwork for the rest of the day. I work in a very large kitchen that supports 11 individual venues. I check in and receive or refuse about 20 G. worth of food daily. Safety checking is usually why it is refused. Then I do all the billing. Most of the people I work with are funny as hell.
Another thing I really like is signature lines--as long as they make me smile I will add them to my post.
So here is my 1st.
